I. A place and carrying out terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yakutsk, the International Center and the Museum of the khomus (trump)of the world peoples. On June, 24-27th 2009 yr.<\/p>\n

II. Organizers of competition:<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.1. The ministry of culture and spiritual development of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia);<\/p>\n

2.2. The Ministry of Education of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia);<\/p>\n

2.3. The ministry of a science and professional Education of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia);<\/p>\n

2.4. The mayoralty of Yakutsk;<\/p>\n

2.5. The International Center and the Museum of khomus (trump) of the world peoples.<\/p>\n

III. The competition purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1. Definition of professional level of masters-smiths of versions of khomus (trump) at the present stage and consolidate of cultural cooperation between the people with the help of the khomus (trump).<\/p>\n

IV. Competition problems:<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1. Propaganda of traditional manufacturing techniques of the national khomus (trump) model;<\/p>\n

4.2. Establishment of creative communications between masters-smiths and executors on khomus (trump) version;<\/p>\n

4.3. Generalisation of an operational experience of masters-smiths of khomus (trump) versions.<\/p>\n

V. Participants of competition:<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1. Masters-smiths of khomus (trump) versions from Asia, America and Europe.<\/p>\n

VI. Rewarding:<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.1. Winners are awarded by the diplomas, valuable prizes.<\/p>\n

VII. Competition nominations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

7.1. The best master-smith of the classical khomus (trump) (on national versions);<\/p>\n

7.2. The best master executor on the khomus (trump);<\/p>\n

7.3. The best presentation material;<\/p>\n

7.4. During competition the organising committee has the right to establish additional nominations.<\/p>\n

VIII. A competition condition:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Work of masters is estimated by the international commission of experts.<\/p>\n

The Participant gives:<\/p>\n

8.1. 3 (three) khomuses (trumps) for definition of traditional and musical qualities of khomus (trump) (to prepare the executor for demonstration of musical qualities of khomus (trump) or a video topic with performances of executors);<\/p>\n

8.2. Presentation about the activity (about experience of manufacturing of the tool; DVD about khomus (trump) stories, about masters-smiths, propagandists and executors of the country, region, village).
\nThe note: presentation materials would be in a digital format.<\/p>\n

IX. During competition are spent:<\/strong><\/p>\n

9.1. A round table \u00abProblems of preservation of traditions and manufacturing methods of khomus (trump)\u00bb;<\/p>\n

9.2. The Exhibition-sale of products of masters-smiths;<\/p>\n

9.3. Concert \u00ab Khomus (trump) music of the world peoples\u00bb.<\/p>\n

X. Application and competitive materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n

10.1. The Entrance fee of the participant: 1000 roubles<\/p>\n

10.2. Transport expenses at the expense of participants of a forum;<\/p>\n

10.3. Demands for participation at competition and for performance on a round table are accepted till June, 1st 2009;<\/p>\n
